[still bug]Reins of Power doesn't swap crits,owner gets all

Describe the Bug:
Reins of Power doesn't work always right.I didn't find why.
Here are 2 cases that didn't work correctly.
1- I have a tapped 7/7 Shifting Wall only.AI has 4 creatures a 4/4(3 +1/+1 counters) Rot Shambler,Maralen of the Mornsong,Heritage Druid and a 5/5 (3 +1/+1 counters) Tempting Licid.I cast Reins of Power in AI's turn and I got all AI's creatures but AI didn't get my Shifting Wall.No legacy was attached to my creature if it helps.
2- AI has 3 untapped creatures a 7/7 Tauren Mauler,Brighthearth Banneret and Grimoire Thief and I have a Vendilion Clique and Auntie's Snitch.AI plays Reins of Power precombat and steals all my creatures but I don't get any of AI's creatures then attacks with all of them.No legacy was attached to AI's creatures either.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Reins of Power always swap all creatures players have.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

The first time I cast a Reins of Power it still is bugged. It seems after the first time it works correctly or it is only circumstantial.
The problem is that at some cards opponent has more legacies are attached and after they swap players they swap players again. Those AI creatures get to return also to Reins of Power caster at eot together with his own.

: You can see AI's Deathrite Shaman and Ambassador Oak are back to AI side with extra legacies on them.
