[fixed]Oona's Blackguard triggers if Fog prevent dmg

Describe the Bug:
I originally saw this bug when AI attacked with Oona's Blackguard and a creature which had counters on Territorial Baloth,however AI cast Constant Mists so prevented all damage but still Oona's Blackguard ability triggered and I had to discard a card.I couldn't make AI do it again in the savegame so I debugged in my hand Fog,Forest tapped creatures to make AI attack and I still had the same bug Fog didn't prevent also Oona's Blackguard ability since no combat damage was made.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Prevention of damage suppresses also abilities that work when combat damage is applied.Oona's Blackguard ability mustn't trigger if Fog like cards prevent the damage.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

I've fixed the other bugs but this one slipped past me.

As I mention in the other thread now Oona's Blackguard 2nd ability doesn't make player discard a card even with no fog.

Now that the other bug has been fixed tested this and works fine now.
