Describe the Bug:
If in combat Spitebellows and creature blocks/blocked die or others that have been killed in combat you can target with the leave ability the creature it has killed in combat.That it could target itself has been fixed here

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Spitebellows can't target a creature that has already left the battlefield because it is killed or other.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Fixed in 7639c8d

You can still target creatures that died simultaneously with Spitebellows except Spitebellows itself which works fine. It gets an untargetable symbol maybe give all creatures that die at the same time such a symbol now they don't get one.
