Describe the Bug:
Confusion in the Ranks triggers it's ability as etb if there is another enchantment in play at least on opponent's side.And generates a dump error before it enters.It did this when I cast it and AI had March of the Machines in play.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Confusion in the Ranks doesn't trigger for it's own ability as etb if another enchantment is in play.wrong correct is:
1/12/2004 Confusion in the Ranks triggers on itself entering the battlefield. If an opponent controls an enchantment, exchange Confusion in the Ranks for that enchantment.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

AI had March of the Machines and I cast Confusion in the Ranks. Confusion in the Ranks triggered and I swapped it with March of the Machines. It then triggered again and looked for an enchantment controlled by AI so I ended up controlling both enchantments.

Describe the Bug:
If you cast Confusion in the Ranks when both you and the AI have a couple enchantments each on the bf, it triggers for itself. That's correct.
After you pick one of the AI's enchantments, though, the Confusion in the Ranks triggers again, and you can pick another of the AI's enchantments and just gain control of it outright.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Partly Confusion in the Ranks, partly exchange-of-control. I sure hope things in general aren't making separate enter-the-battlefield triggers when they change control.

B) That card's controller chooses what to exchange with (though this shouldn't arise at all, per A)
C) Exchanges should do nothing unless both cards being exchanged are still on the battlefield and have different controllers when the exchange effect resolves.

701.8a A spell or ability may instruct players to exchange something (for example, life totals or control of two permanents) as part of its resolution. When such a spell or ability resolves, if the entire exchange can't be completed, no part of the exchange occurs.
Example: If a spell attempts to exchange control of two target creatures but one of those creatures is destroyed before the spell resolves, the spell does nothing to the other creature.

701.8b When control of two permanents is exchanged, if those permanents are controlled by different players, each of those players simultaneously gains control of the permanent that was controlled by the other player. If, on the other hand, those permanents are controlled by the same player, the exchange effect does nothing.

Fixed the "double swatch" bug when you cast Confusion in the Ranks and opponents controls an enchantment. Also improved prompt: now it tells which kind of permanent you could target.

This is still bugged controller of Confusion in the Ranks chooses what to exchange with instead of controller of card that enters the battlefield. fixed

I tested this like this: Confusion in the Ranks against creatures like Illusionary Servant ability "When....becomes the target of a spell or ability, sacrifice it". I targeted Illusionary Servant to exchange with my Tel-Jihad Exile and the exchange happened we both got the other player creature. However the exchange should fizzle as Illusionary Servant should have been sacrificed to it's own ability when it was targeted by Confusion in the Ranks and then the exchange should fizzle as one part of the exchange was missing.
