[fixed]Witness the End exiles 2 but removes from hand 1

Describe the Bug:
I played Witness the End and I exiled 2 cards (2 cards went to exile) but only 1 was removed from AI's hand.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Witness the End

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Manalink 2016/08/27: Eldritch Moon, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?

It seems that it exiles the same card twice.
edit:AI just cast it on me and it is clear that you can choose the same card 2 times as the first card pick is not subtracted from menu so you can choose it again as the second pick and that is what AI cleverly exploited.

Now in Manalink dev 778ccb5 version, Witness the End is even worse. When cast it produces a dump error followed by a parameters error followed by another dump error.
Then 1- It exiles 2 cards from hand (correctly) but that don't go to exile zone.
2- It makes opponent exile an enchantment from battlefield (maybe any permanent) which appears twice in exile zone.
3- If AI has a creature that was dealt combat damage it destroys that creature.
