[confirm]Kira,Great Glass-Spinner countered spell disappears

Describe the Bug:
I cast Torrent of Stone and targeted AI's Kira,Great Glass-Spinner it was the first spell targetting Kira at this turn.Torrent of Stone was countered correctly but the spell vanished/got removed from game.
Kira,Great Glass-Spinner has 2 more bug reports about other bugs:
