Describe the Bug:
The replacement effect for creatures going to graveyard sends one copy to graveyard and another to top of library.

Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Manalink 2016/08/27: Eldritch Moon v2, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
It should just go to top of lib.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Fixed in c86dbe7

Now in Manalink dev 778ccb5 version Pulmonic Sliver:
1- puts the sliver that went to graveyard to owners hand instead of top of the library.
2- The effect is not optional as it should.
