[co]Possibility Storm adds card cast free also top of libray

Possibility Storm the card it exiles that has the same type as the one originally cast and is cast for free is also put on top of library.In savegame you can see this and how although both me and AI are playing with 40 card decks we both have more cards in library,battlefield,graveyard,exile,hand than 40.
Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Possibility Storm doesn't add a card on top of library.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
