[confirm]Stone Haven Outfitter doesn't trigger for own death

Describe the Bug:
I attacked with Stone Haven Outfitter equipped with Captain's Claws and was killed in combat but it didn't trigger and I didn't draw a card.Ability works if other equipped creatures die.

Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Stone Haven Outfitter triggers for it's own death.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Also Stone Haven Outfitter boosts both player's creatures,not only ones you control.

Fixed boost both players creatures in commit 3faa11d8.
