[con]Power of Fire on opponent AI keep prompting to activate

AI played Power of Fire on my Wall of Resurgence and kept prompting me to activate it in order to tap Wall of Resurgence.The good thing is that I was able to cancel it.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Power of Fire -AI on opponent creature
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
If AI plays Power of Fire on my creature doesn't prompt me to activate it.
*And if we ever manage to do it correctly creature gets the ability and so creature's controller can use the enchantment's ability.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
