Describe the Bug:
Temur Charm's third mode makes creatures on the battlefield who have power less than 3 when it resolves unable to block that turn, instead of all creatures with power less than 3.
(It also doesn't split its effect text, instead reusing the pump effect from its first mode.)
Which card did behave improperly ?
Temur Charm.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Ruling: 9/20/2014: If the third mode was chosen, creatures with power 3 or less that enter the battlefield after Temur Charm resolves also can't block. A creature whose power was 4 or greater when Temur Charm resolved but is 3 or less as the declare blockers step begins also can't block.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
More generally, effects that look like "Creatures [maybe with some property] can't block/are unblockable this turn" aren't abilities, so - unless the "some property" clause says otherwise, like on Dwarven Warriors and such - it's a global effect, not associated with any particular creature. Concussive Bolt's rulings say it particularly clearly. I expect at least 90% of similar cards in Manalink do the same thing.
