[conf]Rapacious One if dies in combat & dam player no cipher

Postby Aswan jaguar » 31 Oct 2016, 17:34

Describe the Bug:
If Rapacious One dies on combat but still deal damage to player with trample:
1- no tokens are created and also
2- in my case no cipher from Shadow Slice triggered.
It was blocked by 2,2/2 creatures and so 1 damage went through to AI.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Rapacious One for 1st & cipher-trample for the 2nd?

Which update are you using?(date, name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Manalink 2016/08/27: Eldritch Moon v2, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Rapacious One even if it dies trample damage dealt damage to player so it has to trigger for itself and also for abilities like cipher.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Rapacious now triggers if it dies and deals damage fixed in commit eeee5d7 by drool66.

Now only the cipher doesn't trigger in above case but also if there is a cipher card attached in above scenario you get stack in a triggering loop (triggering effects don't go away, result I guess that you can't click on cipher or the invisible token).

I've cleaned this part up locally; auras & legacies now die as they should & do not loop. Redoing the cipher legacy was part of that. What's left though is anything with optional triggers - so Cipher would work if it weren't optional.

Fixed in 139b269 apparently destroy_auras_and_obliterated_card() doesn't obliterate the card.

I tested and still the cipher bug (no trigger for cipher if creature dies and damages opponent) is there. That's why I reconfirmed it as bugged.
