[confirmed]Stalking Drone activates once in a lifetime

Describe the Bug:
1- It seems Stalking Drone activates once in a lifetime not once in a turn.
2- I had weird things with it like activating only as an interrupt one time and more.

1- Stalking Drone activate this ability only once each turn.
