[confirmed]Vedalken Orrery - morph creatures casting issues

Describe the Bug:
1- Vedalken Orrery doesn't let you cast creatures with morph as face down the prompt never appears unless you have both regular mana cost + morph mana cost available for that card.Otherwise it will always cast them regularly face up if you have regular cost available of course.
e.g For Coral Trickster it will prompt the dialogue regular or morph only if you have at least available {1} {U} regular + {3} morph= {4} {U}. If you have {2} {U} OR {3} {U} won't prompt and cast/charge it normally.

2- Vedalken Orrery with Omniscience in play will ask/charge the coloured mana of the spell.E.g for Coral Trickster will ask for {U} and for Hypersonic Dragon will ask for {U} {R}. Then it will prompt if you want to cast it regularly or with morph.

Which card did behave improperly?
Vedalken Orrery

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink 2016/08/27: Eldritch Moon v2, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
1- Vedalken Orrery prompts you to cast creatures with morph as face down as long as you have {3} mana available and charges that.
2- Vedalken Orrery with Omniscience in play either lets you cast with flash for free all spells but not the alternative costs though=not face down(as Omniscience ruling forbids alternative costs) or as Omniscience ability is optional(lets you pay the normal costs for the spells casting them with flash though in contrast of playing them from hand).

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
Probably all cards that give flash have problem with cards that lets you play spells for free.Hypersonic Dragon has the same problem 2nd for sure reported here: viewtopic.php?f=86&t=14550&p=153338&hilit=hypersonic+dragon#p153193

And if you have enough mana, no extra mana is charged when you select morph/normal, so it costs normal cost regardless.
