[confirm]Isao, Enlightened Bushi no regeneration icon+Ai bad

Describe the Bug:
1- Isao, Enlightened Bushi doesn't have regeneration icon because value is missing from ct_all.csv.
2- I inserted the value and tested a lot but it seems AI doesn't get fully it has regeneration.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
1- Isao, Enlightened Bushi has regeneration icon.
2- AI gets Isao, Enlightened Bushi has regeneration.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
