[fixed]Eternal Dominion 's epic copies Rakdos's Return

Describe the Bug:
1- When Eternal Dominion 's epic triggers it copies Rakdos's Return.
2- Epic doesn't stop lands.
3- If I am not wrong now we have the ability to do without the special card and use only a legacy card which let us then have text and title for the legacy.
Which card did behave improperly?
1,2 Epic's fault, for 3nd Eternal Dominion.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
1- Eternal Dominion 's epic copies Eternal Dominion itself except epic part.
2- Epic doesn't stop lands.
3- Use only a legacy card?
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
All 3 cards tested last few days with epic ability had the same problem so it affects also:
1- Endless Swarm epic copies Rakdos Shred-Freak.
2- Undying Flames which can't be cast though, epic copies & casts Recoil.

Fixed that epic stopped lands from being played in commit 6f0e8fe3.

This bug with Eternal Dominion's epic effect improperly casting a Rakdos spell is still happening. However, I'm not experiencing the Rakdos's Return substitution that AJ reported a couple years ago atop this thread. Instead, the effect is now plopping out a Rakdos the Defiler token each turn. Immediately followed by the legend rule enforcement asking you to pick which Rakdos to bury.

So, same issue, different Rakdos.

Eternal Dominion does have the proper effect during its initial cast. Only the subsequent upkeeps are Rakdos-fied.

Fixed the bug reported/confirmed by gnomefry (id/iid mixup in epic_legacy() ) in 63d25cf; does that retire this report?
I don't think we can do epic without the special effect card.

Yes, without testing your code which hasn't been submitted yet. The special effect card thing is not a bug after all.
