[confirmed]Can't unmanifest Theros gods

Describe the Bug:
If you manifest Heliod, God of the Sun, you can't pay its mana cost to turn it face up.

Which card behaved improperly?
Heliod, God of the Sun. manifest_legacy() is doing exactly what it's supposed to.

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Dev 2bba4ec.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
It's a Legendary Enchantment Creature - God, so you should be able to turn it face-up for {3} {W}. Its ability that makes it not be a creature (and thus not a God, but that doesn't matter this time) only works while it's on the battlefield.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
From the perspective of unmanifesting, all fifteen Gods: Erebos, God of the Dead, Heliod, God of the Sun, Nylea, God of the Hunt, Purphoros, God of the Forge, and Thassa, God of the Sea from Theros; Ephara, God of the Polis, Karametra, God of Harvests, Mogis, God of Slaughter, Phenax, God of Deception, and Xenagos, God of Revels from Born of the Gods; Athreos, God of Passage, Iroas, God of Victory, Keranos, God of Storms, Kruphix, God of Horizons, and Pharika, God of Affliction from Journey into Nyx.

From the perspective of bad interactions with these cards: at least two or three new ones every set.

I don't know what the following means so I can't test it and confirm it or not but I guess Gargaroz will understand it.

There's two ways of looking at this bug.
  1. "It's the fault of manifest for not special-casing cards that have the wrong type while off the bf." Each of the Theros gods needs to be fixed to work with manifest.
  2. "It's the fault of cards with wrong types while off the bf for not working with cards and mechanics that look at their types while off the bf." Each of the new mechanics that look at cards' types needs to be fixed to work with Theros gods.
My perspective on this has always been that it's better in the long run to fix the cards themselves, which would take two or three hours, instead of spending another half hour every new set to work around their bug yet again.
