Describe the Bug:
If you manifest a creature with morph, then turn it face up by some method other than unmanifesting it (by paying its morph cost, or with Skirk Alarmist or Ixidor, Reality Sculptor), it keeps the manifest legacy. It happily charges you the creature's mana cost if you click on it, but at least doesn't turn the card face-up if it's been turned face-down again in the meantime (say, by Ixidron).

Which card behaved improperly?
manifest_legacy() again.

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Dev 2bba4ec.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
701.32a To manifest a card, turn it face down. It becomes a 2/2 face-down creature card with no text, no name, no subtypes, and no mana cost. Put that card onto the battlefield face down. That permanent is a manifested permanent as long as it remains face down. The effect defining its characteristics works while the card is face down and ends when it's turned face up.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
No.
