Describe the Bug:
Cytoshape chooses the creature to change into at announcement.

Which card behaved improperly?
Cytoshape.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Only mode, splicing, costs, targets, and division of effects get chosen at announcement.

Ruling: Only the creature that's becoming a copy is targeted. The creature that it will copy isn't chosen until Cytoshape resolves.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
Confined to card_cytoshape(), though it's likely duplicated elsewhere.
