[fixed]Ashnod's Altar sacs artifact

Describe the Bug:
Ashnod's Altar requires you to sacrifice an artifact to activate it.

Also, its declared mana count assumes you can only activate it once. (Though that at least checks for a creature.) E.g. if you have an Ashnod's Altar, three creatures, and no other source of mana, Amulet of Kroog highlights as castable but Jayemdae Tome and Rakalite do not.

Which card behaved improperly?
Ashnod's Altar.

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Dev b98edab. Release version looks ok for the first half.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Sac a creature.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
Not the blatant one. Phyrexian Altar, which I had to use instead as a substitute for the bug I was actually trying to test, also only declares mana as if you could only activate it once per mana cost.

(edit: irritating typos)

Fixed the declared mana in commit 9cc72e28. Also fixed it for Thermopod and for Krark-Clan Ironworks.
I tried but it is way out of my abilities to fix it also for Phyrexian Altar and for Squandered Resources. Everythingamajig (Everythingamajig (e)) hasn't be coded.
