[fixed]Hollow Specter makes discard even with 0 for x.

Describe the Bug:
1- AI dealt damage to me with Hollow Specter AI paid 0 for x (didn't have untapped mana sources) but still chose a card from my hand which was discarded.
2- If you select 0 for X all cards are revealed if you pay X>0 correctly reveals X cards.
Which card did behave improperly?
Hollow Specter

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
1- Hollow Specter although can pay 0 for x when dealing damage to a player that player doesn't reveal any cards and none is discarded.
2- If you pay 0 for X no cards are revealed.
Rulings
4/10/2004 You decide on the value of X and pay X during resolution.
4/10/2004 X can be zero, but then that player discards nothing.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

Also when AI trigger its ability, the game make the player choose what to discard instead of the AI.

Now in dev 778ccb5 version Hollow Specter ability doesn't trigger when it deals combat damage to a player.
