Describe the Bug:
1- Mazirek, Kraul Death Priest doesn't trigger if a player sacrifices another non-creature permanent. fixed
2- Mazirek, Kraul Death Priest 's legacy card didn't vanish when Decree of Pain cycled, killed all creatures.The legacy then wrongly triggered and vanished the next time a creature was sacrificed.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
1- Mazirek, Kraul Death Priest 's ability triggers whenever a player sacrifices another permanent.
2- Mazirek, Kraul Death Priest 's legacy card should vanish at the correct timing. (whenever that is - should it give the bonus to creatures with persist if owner sacrifices all creatures or permanent simultaneously with Balance for instance ? )

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

1- confirmed with land and artifact
2- Happen also with legend rule (casting another Mazirek, Kraul Death Priest on the bf), but the issue only affected the caster, if one Mazirek, Kraul Death Priest is on AI bf, the counter will correctly apply to it and its legacy does not persist.

Fixed that it triggered only for creatures in e8a8f33.
Still has bad interaction with cycled Decree of Pain and still triggers for legend rule but it shouldn't. It should be put on graveyard.
