[confirmed]Quest for Ula's Temple-put in play as face down

Describe the Bug:
Quest for Ula's Temple can put in play a creature of the correct species but can put it in play (cast?) as a a face down creature.Dirgur Nemesis for instance.
Which card did behave improperly?
Quest for Ula's Temple? Morph and Megamorph mechanism?
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink 2016/08/27: Eldritch Moon v2, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Quest for Ula's Temple doesn't cast the cards, puts them in play so it can't put creatures with Morph or Megamorph in play face down.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
