[fixed/closed]Aether Tradewinds prompts are confusing

Describe the Bug:
Æther Tradewinds both prompts say "Select target permanent." Firstly it means opponent's permanent and then for owner's one.That is not as it is worded in it's rules text so it is confusing.

Which card did behave improperly?
Æther Tradewinds

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink 2016/08/27: Eldritch Moon v2, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Æther Tradewinds prompts firstly for owner "Select target permanent you control." and then prompts "Select target permanent opponent controls."

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
