[fixed]Mournwillow gives can't block to all permanent

Describe the Bug:
~~1- Mournwillow has no haste.~~
2- Mournwillow delirium ability gives can't block to all permanent ~~with power 1 or less.~~
Which card did behave improperly?
Mournwillow

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink 2016/08/27: Eldritch Moon v2, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
1- Mournwillow has haste.
2- Mournwillow delirium ability gives can't block to all creatures with power 2 or less.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

Fixed in commit d9a1a2c haste and power to can't block. I can't get why but everything I tried didn't stop ability from granting can't block to all permanent. :oops:

Fixed in commit fd92c9c ("Mournwillow fix affects all cards not just creatures.", 2020-12-27).
