[fixed]Gavony Unhallowed get counters from ability in stack

Describe the Bug:
AI cast Gavony Unhallowed and while was on stack AI transformed Voldaren Pariah//Abolisher of Bloodlines and so sacrificed 3 creatures.Gavony Unhallowed came in play with 3 counters.
Which card did behave improperly?
Gavony Unhallowed
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink 2016/08/27: Eldritch Moon v2, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Gavony Unhallowed can't get counters from it's ability if creatures die while it is on stack.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
