AI doesn't get when deciding to attack or block that Seal of Strength can grant +3/+3 to target creature.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
AI: takes into consideration when deciding to attack or block Seal of Strength granting +3/+3 to target creature.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

AI reacted defensively while I sacced mine to attack though pre combat phase and only used them when 100% sure to overwin (no creature on my side and less life than its creature power)

Fixed in commit cb3ebf9e.
