Describe the Bug:
AI chooses always own type of creature with An-Zerrin Ruins to remain tapped instead of opponents.

Which card did behave improperly?
An-Zerrin Ruins AI choosing type

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink 2016/08/27: Eldritch Moon v2, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
AI checks which type of opponents creatures is best to cripple/stay tapped, by numbers, by evasion, by value,......(I am certainly not the best to figure out the best formula for this).

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

Tested with a creature empty deck and it seems AI randomly choose creature type when casting it :

Using the Auto feature on player side will also seems to pick a random type (with only an Ornithopter on the bf, Auto mode picked Kavu)

AI will no longer cast it if player has one creature in its bf, it will resume casting it when bf will be empty.

Also game will get stuck if player cast it with no creature in play, hand or library.

Choose opponent creatures for type in commit 903c96b. AI still needs hints to choose better and will not be able to combo with Throne of the God-Pharaoh and Stasis for instance with this commit.
