[fixed]AI can't activate Dwarven Pony ability.

Describe the Bug:
AI can't activate Dwarven Pony ability.(Didn't do so in many games not even to win).
Which card did behave improperly?
AI Dwarven Pony.
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink 2016/08/27: Eldritch Moon v2, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
AI can activate Dwarven Pony ability.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

Note:Savegame not so good to demonstrate this so is left out.
