Describe the bug:
If you win the clash from Pollen Lullaby, your opponent's creatures don't untap during their controllers' next untap steps.

Also, the do-not-untap effects use wrong text.

Which card behaved improperly?
Pollen Lullaby.

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Dev 4d5f02b.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
They shouldn't untap during your opponent's next untap step. So if you cast Pollen Lullaby, win the clash, then gain control of one of his tapped creatures in that order on the same turn, it should untap as normal. (Unless your opponent gains control of it back before his next untap, of course.)

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
This is the same distinction as in this bug, but it has slightly different wording because it's that player's next untap, not yours.

Also, the set of creatures that don't untap is locked in when the spell resolves. Rulings from Misstep, which has identical wording (and this bug, and the first one from above):
10/4/2004: The creatures are only prevented from untapping during the targeted player's next untap step. They can still can untap during other player's untap steps.
8/1/2008: No creature controlled by the player will untap during his or her next untap step. This includes creatures which entered the battlefield after Misstep resolved.
