AI-Book Burning always takes damage first 2 times

AI always in the first 2 times Book Burning is played by AI will prefer to loose 6 life even if AI has targeted human.The same happens if AI targets itself.And If I am not wrong the same happens if human plays it no matter who is targeted.
Which card did behave improperly?

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Either AI decides to target human with Book Burning and doesn't take the 6 damage when human doesn't or doesn't target human with it (because human plays a deck that benefits from having cards in graveyard e.g Threshold, reanimate deck, etc.
Also AI takes into consideration if human will be decked out or has 6 or less cards in library so has to take the damage).
If human casts it consider what cards human has in play and deck that have more value while in graveyard and then decide to take the damage or not.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
