Describe the Bug:
Carrion Rats doesn't prompt/let controller to exile a card from graveyard.

Which card did behave improperly?
Carrion Rats

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink 2016/08/27: Eldritch Moon v2, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Carrion Rats prompts/lets controller to exile a card from graveyard.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
Carrion Wurm has the same bug but for 3 cards of course.

AI can choose to exile card from his gy from an attacking opponent Carrion Rats though.
