[fixed]Downpour doesn't tap target creatures.

Describe the Bug:
Downpour doesn't tap target creatures.Also can't we have both cancel and done button.As cancel works like done and there is no real cancel.
Which card did behave improperly?
Downpour
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink 2016/08/27: Eldritch Moon v2, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Downpour taps target creatures.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
