Describe the Bug:
I don't know how easy or if it can be implemented at all due to complexity still:
Spectral Sliver 's pump p/t legacy is empty.Also it stacks the power up p/t activations.
Note, a serious bug for Spectral Sliver has been reported here: viewtopic.php?f=86&t=20898
Which card did behave improperly?
Spectral Sliver

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink 2016/08/27: Eldritch Moon v2, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
If possible the pump p/t legacy that attaches to each activated sliver has text.
Then the way more difficult if not impossible: legacies on activated slivers don't stack but recalculate.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
