Stolen Spectral Sliver can't be activated.

Describe the Bug:
I think it has been reported and I searched but can't find it, so:
I stole with Control Magic Spectral Sliver but I couldn't pump it.It wasn't highlighted, and couldn't be activated on itself nor by the legacy.Both legacies vanished when my turn ended.This happened with Crypt Sliver stolen, too.

Which card did behave improperly?
Spectral Sliver and probably all such slivers or legacies that are attached to both players mechanism?

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
If you take control of Spectral Sliver and such you can activate it and other silvers if you have enough mana .
I guess you should be able to activate it on it's own and other slivers by it's legacy card.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
Probably all slivers that have activate-able abilities and legacies for both players.
