Describe the bug:
Crawling Sensation triggers the first time a land card put into its controller's graveyard each turn while it's on the battlefield, and then not at all for the rest of the turn.

Crawling Sensation.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Once per turn per player, and not if a land was already put into a given player's graveyard. If a land card is put into your graveyard before you control Crawling Sensation (either because it wasn't on the battlefield, or your opponent controlled it), then it can't trigger for you that turn. If your opponent controls it while a land is put into his graveyard, then you gain control of it, it can trigger for you that turn.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
Ephara, God of the Polis. And any other permanent or effect card whose wording uses the past tense, really.
