[fixed]Mindclaw Shaman-spell stolen to hand if can't be cast

Describe the Bug:
AI cast Mindclaw Shaman and I have in my hand Glorious Charge and Frantic Purification that can be cast by AI.In stack respond by casting my Glorious Charge.AI then has only the option of Frantic Purification but there are no enchantments to target with it.What happened then is that my Frantic Purification was stolen to AI's hand.
Which card did behave improperly?
Mindclaw Shaman? "cast from opponent's hand instant/sorcery function" ?
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink 2016/08/27: Eldritch Moon v2, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
If the card that is legal to be cast by Mindclaw Shaman can't be cast in resolution it is not permitted to select an instant/sorcery which doesn't have legal targets.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
