[confirmed]Terminus no selection of order

Describe the Bug:
Terminus doesn't let players select the order in bottom of library if you have more than 1 creature.

Which card did behave improperly?
Terminus

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink 2016/08/27: Eldritch Moon v2, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Terminus lets both players select the order that their creatures will be put on bottom of library.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

Probably the same with everything else that can put multiple cards on the top or bottom of their owners' libraries. Blatantly incomplete list: Rebuking Ceremony, Wheel of Sun and Moon, Every Last Vestige Shall Rot, Harmonic Convergence, Hallowed Burial, Aetherspouts.
