Describe the bug:
Tokens that get phased out cease to exist.

Which card behaved improperly?
I think it's all confined to the functions at the start of cards/mirage.c.

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
They phase out and back in like any other permanents now. This is a rules reversal, as of I think Commander 2017 (I first noticed it in the rulings for Teferi's Protection). Rule 110.5f previously read

110.5f A token that's phased out, or that's in a zone other than the battlefield, ceases to exist. This is a state-based action; see rule 704. (Note that if a token changes zones, applicable triggered abilities will trigger before the token ceases to exist.)

and is now

110.5f A token that’s in a zone other than the battlefield ceases to exist. This is a state-based action; see rule 704. (Note that if a token changes zones, applicable triggered abilities will trigger before the token ceases to exist.)

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
No specific cards, I hope.

Fixed in commit 74ef5f8.
