[fix]Authority of the Consuls no life for opponent creatures

Describe the Bug:
Authority of the Consuls doesn't give 1 life for opponent's creatures entering the battlefield but of owners.

Which card did behave improperly?
Authority of the Consuls

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink dev 778ccb5 version - duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Authority of the Consuls gives 1 life whenever an opponent's creature is entering the battlefield under his control.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

Fixed in commit 82b233e.
