Describe the Bug:
Herald of the Fair etb can target non creatures - AI can at least.

Which card did behave improperly?
Herald of the Fair

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink dev 778ccb5 version - duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Herald of the Fair etb can target only creatures.
Also some AI logic to prefer other creatures than itself and others with summoning sickness would be fine as 2 times it didn't target non creatures it targeted Herald of the Fair itself.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
