Tamiyo, Field Researcher 's starting loyalty is 3, not 4

Which card did behave improperly?
Tamiyo, Field Researcher

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink dev 778ccb5 version - duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Tamiyo, Field Researcher's starting loyalty is 4

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

Also has these bugs:
1- 1st ability doesn't draw card when creatures selected deal combat damage.
2- 3nd ability-emblem doesn't draw 3 cards.

Fixed all in commit 81bf7ac.
