[fixed]Commander Damage is only tracked for one partner

Describe the Bug:
Only one commander is tracked for commander damage when two commanders are used with the partner mechanic. I believe it's the first one by card ID. In my attached save, damage is tracked for Ravos but not Thrasios

Which card did behave improperly?
EDH rules

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
A player loses the game after having been dealt 21 damage from either commander (but not from both of them combined - this is working ok)

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

To clarify a bit there are 2 piles of damage counters on edh card but they both track a single commander's damage made, at least they are not summed up as mentioned by drool66.
