[fixed] Snuff Out doesn't open prompt target menu

Describe the Bug:
Snuff Out doesn't open prompt target menu, goes directly to click a target.
Which card did behave improperly?
Snuff Out
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink dev 778ccb5 version - duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Snuff Out opens a prompt menu to ask player to target nonblack creature.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
