[fixed]Tezzeret's Gambit give many energy counters

Describe the Bug:
AI cast Tezzeret's Gambit and had 4 energy counters at the time.When it resolved AI had 21 counters!
It seems to be an old bug reappearing although then it had to do with poison counters:

Which card did behave improperly?
Tezzeret's Gambit or proliferate mechanism

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Tezzeret's Gambit gives only +1 energy counter to player.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

Different cause than the previous bug. Before, auto mode proliferated on a player for (roughly) each permanent, spell, or card in hand he controlled. Now, it "just" does so for permanents he controls that have no counters, plus the single time it's intentionally called for himself.
