Describe the Bug:
Furious Reprisal can deal 4 damage to one target by selecting the target twice. After selecting the first target, the game will draw the untargetable graphic on it, and if the player selects the same creature for the second 2 damage, the game will return an illegal target and the player will have to choose another target. Yet on resolution 4 damage will be dealt to the original target and none to the second target.

This could be the case for any spells that require multiple targets - I hope it only affects this one

Breathe easy: it's selecting targets properly, and even validating them properly at resolution; it just always deals damage to the first selected target for each target valid at resolution.

Really annoying when AI has it and tries to cast it as you see dozens of times "the can't target this illegal target" reappearing and delaying gameplay in each of AI's main phases.
