[fixed]Skyship Stalker & Oviya Pashiri activate for free

Describe the Bug:
Skyship Stalker & Oviya Pashiri, Sage Lifecrafter 's activated abilities have no cost (including tapping) if the proper mana is open, and in the case of Oviya, she is untapped.

Which card did behave improperly?
Skyship Stalker
Oviya Pashiri

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Their activated abilities have costs

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

Fixed Skyship Stalker in commit 115993f8.
Also made the abilities use different effect cards. I also made an attempt to make the AI get power boost in decisions.

Edit: fixed Oviya Pashiri, Sage Lifecrafter in commit 072a38e5 - both not pushed.
