[confirmed]Insidious Will has no effect

Insidious Will can be cast, but neither the counter nor the copy mode has any recognizable effect (and the redirect mode isn't coded)
Which card did behave improperly?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Insidious Will copies or counters a spell depending on the chosen mode
