Spin into Myth vanish the fatesealed cards

AI cast Spin into Myth and targeted my Shah of Nalaar Isle.Then fatesealed 2 and both the Shah of Nalaar Isle and the Mesmeric Sliver which where on top of my library vanished from game.If I am not wrong this happens only if AI decides to put the card/cards on bottom of library.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
