[fixed]Kentaro no ability & gives a hand mulligan

Describe the Bug:
Kentaro, the Smiling Cat has no samaurai cost modifying ability, ~~and grants a hand mulligan at the next upkeep after it ETBs~~

I thought it might have another card's function assigned to it (0x2006236) per this and this, but its function is in fact card_kentaro_the_smiling_cat, and no other cards have this function.

Which card did behave improperly?
Kentaro, the Smiling Cat

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Kentaro behaves as printed

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

Some more bugs:
1- Kentaro, the Smiling Cat also has indestructibility.
2- It's bushido ability comes and goes between actions so far 2 times a creature blocked Kentaro, the Smiling Cat bushido didn't trigger. fixed

Fixed is indestructible & has mulligan and probably bushido not working consistently (seems fine in limited testing) in commit 981dc6ba.

Samaurai cost modifying ability of Kentaro, the Smiling Cat also fixed in commit 3936db6f.
